Our Storyboard...

So this is our whole Thriller opening, just drawn into a fancy storyboard; there are some minor mistakes, but it's likely we will change some things when filming, to make sure we get the best result possible. We also intend to use straight cuts throughout, so have not written them with all shots; and plan to add more shots of facial expressions etc. but this is the basic outline, hope you like it! (Sorry about the quality, my scanner's not so great...)

Update!

heyy just thought I'd post an update for all our devoted fans (haha).
So we now have an official date for filming! yaaay, and that date is Sunday 31st of January. It's all getting very exciting, we have mostly all the planning done so bring on the filming! thats it from me, peace :P

Our Preliminary Task

Here is the feedback we received from our peers regarding this task.

Good points:

• Music and other sound effect timed very well
• Good use of slow-mo editing
• Very good mise-en-scene and costume
• Good use of shot types

Areas to improve:

• Reflection can be seen in the glass
• Continuity could be improved
• Dialogue sounded rehearsed and not natural

Here's the few final shots we took, now all we have to do, is decide which location is appropriate.

So, on Saturday, Charlotte and myself went into Bury, to go location scouting, and here's all the photos we took, so now we have a selection of places to choose from and can pick the most suitable to film at.

First Blog Post!!

Well this is the first post we've made, and it's basically just to introduce our media group! It's made up of Andy, Charlotte and Steph (myself). So any progress we make in our Year 12 media projects, will more than likely get posted up here :)
So expect some updates soon!
